What is not shared
The Warvo application and its database are operated by Piqle on infrastructure under its own control. No third-party hosting provider processes campaign data. We do not use advertising networks, data brokers beyond those listed above, or cross-site analytics services, and we do not contribute client or prospect data to any shared or pooled dataset.
AI processing
Text generation runs on the Anthropic Claude API under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, which provide that inputs and outputs from commercial products, including the API, are not used to train Anthropic's models. Piqle trains no models of its own: our lead scoring is a deterministic rule set with fixed weights, not a learned model. No customer, prospect or usage data is used to train any internal or third-party AI model.
Changes to this list
We notify clients under an active agreement of any intended addition or replacement of a subprocessor at least 30 days before it takes effect, giving them the opportunity to object on reasonable data-protection grounds. This page is the authoritative version of the list and is updated whenever it changes.
